What is the best way for me to put on muscle?
I am currently 15, 5' 8'' (about 177cm) and weigh 130 pounds
I've been working out for some time now doing mostly body weight exercises
(push-ups, plank, wall-sit, squats, and lunges).
I've been doing this every other day for the past 3 months
My diet consists of roughly 2300 calories and I avoid all sweets/junk food and bad fats (saturated, and trans fat)
The reason I eat that amount is due to the fact that I play hockey, soccer, ski (all competitively)
My goal is to put on as much muscle as possible in order to preform better in these sports.
Weight-wise my goal is at least 145 pounds by June
I would appreciate all suggestions regarding my diet, exercises, etc.
